(Jolinda Zuurbier would go to Uganda in April 2020 through the organization IBO Nederland to help building water tanks and sanitary buildings. You will understand that that journey could not take place. We hope that she will be able to make the trip in the future.)

Jolinda Zuurbier is going through the IBO Netherlands Organisation to Uganda in April 2020 to help build water tanks, sanitary buildings based on water bottles as a foundation. She gave an impressive story during a meeting. Enough for us to sponsor her.

“In particular, we work practically together with the people for whom we will build. In the meantime, there is often also room to, for example, organize small activities with the children or visit a school. Our group stays a relatively short period of 10 days and then this is easy to plan.

The project that the group will undertake is to use water bottles as building blocks so that the environment is less burdened and waste is used sustainably. We work together with local volunteers. The IBO organization arranges food and shelter for us. We fly over Entebbe and then have to travel 100km (is also arranged by IBO) to this project”.
